Buzz is known for his bravery and courage with a by the book mindset, believing the way people should live their life by following the rules. These are traits that he shares with his best friend, Woody, however, one could say that Buzz is better at keeping his emotions in check than the cowboy. It offers a consistent learning curve, along with an easy-to-control and popular lead character, and thats all a youngster could ask for.“ Woody, we need to figure out what's best for everyone!” ―Buzz īuzz, like many characters in Toy Story, is a complicated one, who feels genuine emotions such as pride, anger, depression, and sadness, much like a regular human. When you consider Star Commands target audience, you will realise just how well it has been developed.
Game environments take place over seven bizarrely named planets, including Jo-ad and Flamar. Buzzs inventory is also quite extensive, with as many as 45 different weapons and pick-ups to discover throughout the games fourteen levels. The games camera is sometimes a little too sensitive, but it is a necessary requirement due to the fast pace of the game. Fortunately, you have been given a healthy energy meter that makes Star Command very forgiving for a younger audience. But there are robots, tanks, and other projectile materials that will attempt to negatively influence the outcome of your race along the way. You will begin the game on a simple mission to beat one of your many foes to the finish line. Gameplay, however, is what will ultimately differentiate a good game from a bad game, and Star Command does indeed fall into the positive of the two categories. While not as visually impressive as its big-screen incarnation, Star Command does have a lovely set of textures and animations that make it pleasing to the eye. The PC development should prove to be the most advanced, at least technologically. To further secure his position in the market place, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command has been produced for the video games industry across multiple platforms. Buzz Lightyear was arguably the most popular character from the two-part series of animated movie classic Toy Story.
